Please contact us within 28 days of your purchase if you need support or are having any trouble accessing your product. We cannot guarantee the provision of support to customers after 28 days from the date of purchase.
We provide free demonstrations of all of our products so customers can try products before they make a purchase. These free demonstrations are accessible by the ‘FREE DEMO’ link listed in each product description. We encourage all customers to access these free demonstrations so they have full understanding of the product before purchase.
If you are unhappy with an aspect of the product that can be amended by professional custom design work, this service is available with an extra fee. The fee of custom design work is $50.00 AUD per hour and any time required to communicate with the customer is included as billable time.
Digital Product Usage
All products from Acacia & Grace Design Co are strictly for personal use only (eg. to invite guests to your wedding). Using Acacia & Grace Design Co products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited in all circumstances. Customers do not have permission to share their access to edit Acacia & Grace Design Co Products via Corjl with any other person nor resell any edits or copies of the product for profit.
If any customer is suspected on reselling Acacia & Grace Design Co products, access to the design will be immediately revoked and legal action will be pursued.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products being accessible almost instantly after purchase, returns cannot be made because the customer already has access to the product. For this reason, we are unable to accept refunds in any circumstances – this includes change of mind.
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse our website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with our website. Other third parties include Corjl (the online design platform for customers to use to edit their designs), Klaviyo (an email marketing system to communicate with email subscribers and customers) and Stacked.io. (a product review system). Each of these companies have their privacy policies available publically on their websites.
Customers may receive occasional emails from Acacia & Grace Design Co after purchasing a product from our store. These emails include discount codes and new product releases. Customers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link to unsubscribe in the footer of any email from Acacia & Grace Design Co.
